What Is a DTF Gang Sheet?
A DTF gang sheet is one big sheet of transfer film with many designs printed on it together. You pay for the sheet, not for each design, so the more you fit on, the less each transfer costs. Here's how gang sheets work, how to build one, and how to get the most out of every inch.

What is a gang sheet?
"Ganging" means grouping several designs onto one print. Instead of ordering each logo, name, or graphic as its own transfer, you arrange them all on one sheet of film. We print the whole sheet at once, powder it, cure it, and cut it, and you get back a stack of ready-to-press transfers.
Because pricing is based on the sheet, a full sheet of small designs costs the same as a sheet with one big design. Packing the sheet is how you lower your cost per transfer.
What you can put on a gang sheet
- Different designs. Your whole drop, every client logo, or a mix of front and back prints.
- Different sizes of the same design. Youth, adult, and oversized versions on one sheet.
- Names and numbers. Team rosters, staff shirts, and personalized orders.
- Front and back combos. A left chest logo next to its matching full-back print.
- Small add-ons. Sleeve hits, back-of-neck tags, and hat logos in the gaps around bigger designs.
How to build a DTF gang sheet
- Prep your files. PNG or PDF with a transparent background, at 300 DPI at the size you want to print. See our artwork specs.
- Open the gang sheet builder and choose your sheet size.
- Upload your designs and set each one to its final print size. Not sure what size to use? Check the DTF transfer size chart.
- Arrange and fill the sheet. Drag designs into place and use the open space for smaller prints. Your price updates as you build.
- Add it to your cart and check out. Orders placed before 1PM PT ship the same business day.

Tips to fit more on every sheet
- Fill the gaps. Tuck small logos, tags, and sleeve prints around your large designs.
- Rotate designs. A tall design turned sideways often fits where it wouldn't upright.
- Size to the job. Don't print a design bigger than the placement needs. A left chest logo only needs to be 3.5" to 4" wide.
- Batch your orders. Combine this week's jobs onto one sheet instead of ordering a small sheet for each.
- Leave a little space between designs so each one cuts clean.

How gang sheet pricing works
You pay for the size of the sheet, and the builder shows your price live as you choose a size and add designs. What's on the sheet doesn't change the price. Twenty small logos and one oversized back print cost the same if they take up the same sheet.
That's why gang sheets are the cheapest way to order lots of different designs. The price per transfer drops every time you fit another design on.
